USER GUIDE

Step 1: Organizations / Citizen/ Companies register for an account according to the information required by the system,

Step 2: Registration information will be sent to the administrator to check and compare the information before issuing an account.

Step 3: After get information and eligibility for account, the system will send an email to the registered email address of account and password.

Step 4: Organizations / Citizen/ Companies to login according to the information provided in the email content
